How do I apply for a room?

Pick a layout, choose your dates and fill in the form online. Applying as a group, everyone picks the same layout so the system keeps you together.

What does per-room renting mean?

You sign for your own room and pay only your share. If a flatmate leaves, their rent is not passed on to you.

What do I need to hand in?

A signed agreement, one form of photo ID and proof that you are enrolled.

Do I need a guarantor?

Only if your income is not regular yet. Most students name a parent; anyone in steady work can do it.

How long does an answer take?

Usually the same working day, at the latest the next one. You hear either way rather than waiting.

Can I apply without being a student?

Yes, on the same terms as everyone else, as long as the income check works out.

How is rent paid?

Twelve equal instalments by standing order, on the first working day of the month. Parking and pet rent are billed separately.
